Ern has ventured in several businesses and is currently the Executive Director of Trails Center for Children, a leading pediatric center in the Philippines and the Chairman and CEO of H.S.Ynion and Co.
As a student of life, Ern has more than 25 years of experience in the corporate world, working at several positions and roles in areas including Internal Audit, HR, IT, and Finance and was involved in Corporate Strategic Planning in some of the largest companies in the Philippines. He has a degree in Accounting in University of Santo Tomas and a Certified Public Accountant. He is completing his Masters in Information Technology at De La Salle University and has completed a Diploma course in Supply Chain Management at the same university.
With his depth of experience in the corporate world and entrepreneurship, Ern has the unique ability to help organizations and individuals overcome their challenges and fulfill their vision.
Ern is passionate about purpose. As one who struggled to find his own during his younger years, he knows how empty life can be if one doesn’t know where he is going in life. It is by this reason that he made it his mission to help people find their purpose and guide them in becoming their best self.
Ern lives together with his wife, Weng, and son, Christian Andrew, in Laguna, Philippines.
